Frequently asked questions

How do I book an appointment?+

Open the LockBook app, find a business on Discover or search by name, pick a service and an available time, and confirm. You'll get a reminder before your appointment.

How do I cancel or reschedule?+

Go to your Bookings, open the appointment, and choose Reschedule or Cancel. Each business sets its own cancellation window, which is shown before you confirm.

I'm a business owner — how do I get started?+

Create an account, choose the business role, and complete the setup wizard to add your services, staff, and opening hours. Once your profile is verified you'll start receiving bookings.

How do I reset my password?+

On the login screen tap “Forgot password” and follow the email link. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

How do I delete my account or data?+

Email us at info@lockbook.co from your account's email address and we'll process your request in line with our Privacy Policy.
